C\u00e1c ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng do l\u0129nh v\u1ef1c S\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe sinh s\u1ea3n ph\u1ee5 tr\u00e1ch ch\u1ee7 y\u1ebfu l\u00e0 h\u1ec7 qu\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a ch\u0103m s\u00f3c s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe b\u00e0 m\u1eb9 tr\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 trong mang thai, sinh \u0111\u1ebb, nu\u00f4i con b\u1eb1ng s\u1eefa m\u1eb9 v\u1eabn \u0111\u1ea3m b\u1ea3o duy tr\u00ec \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 ch\u1ea5t v\u00e0 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng. N\u1ea1o ph\u00e1 thai chung c\u00f3 gi\u1ea3m h\u01a1n so v\u1edbi c\u00f9ng k\u1ef3 2020. Trong d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt n\u00e0y, nhi\u1ec1u c\u01a1 s\u1edf y t\u1ebf t\u01b0 nh\u00e2n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u1ea5p ph\u00e9p ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng nh\u01b0ng ch\u01b0a th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n b\u00e1o c\u00e1o ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng, vi\u1ec7c ki\u1ec3m tra gi\u00e1m s\u00e1t ch\u01b0a ch\u1eb7t ch\u1ebd, ti\u1ec1m \u1ea9n r\u1ee7i ro ph\u00e1t sinh s\u1ef1 c\u1ed1 y khoa.<br \/>\nC\u00f4ng t\u00e1c t\u01b0 v\u1ea5n x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m s\u00e0ng l\u1ecdc, ch\u0103m s\u00f3c, \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb d\u1ef1 ph\u00f2ng l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n HIV t\u1eeb m\u1eb9 sang con duy tr\u00ec \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh, c\u01a1 b\u1ea3n tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 quy \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u1ee7a B\u1ed9 Y t\u1ebf v\u00e0 quy tr\u00ecnh chuy\u1ec3n ti\u1ebfp, chuy\u1ec3n tuy\u1ebfn \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb trong d\u1ef1 ph\u00f2ng l\u00e2y truy\u1ec1n HIV, vi\u00eam gan B v\u00e0 giang mai t\u1eeb m\u1eb9 sang con c\u1ee7a th\u00e0nh ph\u1ed1 \u0110\u00e0 N\u1eb5ng (theo Quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh 641\/Q\u0110-SYT v\u00e0 Quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh 806\/Q\u0110-SYT). Vi\u1ec7c t\u01b0 v\u1ea5n x\u00e9t nghi\u1ec7m s\u00e0ng l\u1ecdc vi\u00eam gan B v\u00e0 giang mai cho b\u00e0 m\u1eb9 c\u00f3 thai tri\u1ec3n khai kh\u00e1 \u0111\u1ed3ng b\u1ed9 t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c tuy\u1ebfn, tuy nhi\u00ean c\u1ea7n th\u1ed1ng nh\u1ea5t m\u1ed9t quy ch\u1ebf ph\u1ed1i h\u1ee3p trong b\u1ed1i c\u1ea3nh cung c\u1ea5p d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 d\u1ef1 ph\u00f2ng ch\u01b0a \u0111\u1ea7y \u0111\u1ee7 t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c \u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb s\u1ea3n &#8211; nhi.<br \/>\nC\u00e1c ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng d\u1ef1 ph\u00f2ng v\u00e0 ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t ung th\u01b0 c\u1ed5 t\u1eed cung \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00e1c tuy\u1ebfn quan t\u00e2m \u0111\u1ea9y m\u1ea1nh h\u01a1n v\u1edbi quy \u0111\u1ecbnh b\u00e1o c\u00e1o b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c theo Th\u00f4ng t\u01b0 37\/TT-BYT v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0a v\u00e0o ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau k\u1ebf ho\u1ea1ch n\u0103m, qua \u0111\u00f3 ph\u00e1t hi\u1ec7n v\u00e0 \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb s\u1edbm c\u00e1c t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng nghi ng\u1edd. Tuy nhi\u00ean, \u0111i\u1ec3m h\u1ea1n ch\u1ebf (t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ef1 ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh l\u00e0m m\u1eb9 an to\u00e0n) l\u00e0 ch\u01b0a c\u00f3 h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd d\u1eef li\u1ec7u ung th\u01b0 c\u1ed5 t\u1eed cung \u0111\u1ec3 theo d\u00f5i hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a ch\u01b0\u01a1ng tr\u00ecnh.<br \/>\nC\u00f4ng t\u00e1c b\u00e1o c\u00e1o th\u1ed1ng k\u00ea \u0111\u00e3 tri\u1ec3n khai th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n b\u00e1o c\u00e1o ph\u1ea7n m\u1ec1m, b\u00e1o c\u00e1o theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh.
